Dotty has been found safe! Well done everyone involved in the campaign to spread the work and make Dotty “too hot to handle”.

how is it possible for him to do this? arent any doors locked? why arent the actual dog kennel doors locked? unbelievable. cctv image is very clear so do hope there is a happy ending but kennel management must secure the kennels
