I am shocked that people still tie dogs up outside shops.
I have approached a few that have in my area.
Only to be told I am only in there a minute.
Also I am told no one would take my dog.
Well WAKE up all you people YES they do get stolen.
It is not only heart breaking for the owner it is not nice for the dog either.
Please those of you that read about this dog
