Jaynes Journal.

Just a quick blog as rugby about to start….Sorry using same old photos as despite now having mastered how to take a shot on my selfie kids camera…Now have to get them on the laptop…I seem to have downloaded them but cant find where they are for now…

Anyone watch Gogglebox last night?¬† Not quite the reaction I was expecting…Especially as one person¬† said it will be drones next! Watch this space..

Yes Jayne I did. Bit disappointed myself with the reaction considering some of those commenting had dogs themselves. Oh well perhaps they just never had the worry of losing their pet…….

Did have a lady ring today in tears with a missing dog…gave her advice on what to do and who to call…she rang back later to say her dog had been found and commented she had been watching the lost and found programme all week….but never thought it would happen to her…she totally understands how owners feel now!..and had remembered our name due to the programme…Impressed we were there to assist…so word is getting out!

Like that photo – maybe a new assistant?? LOL
Yes must admit the coverage was not good on gogglebox and nothing covered for Dogs Trust . One comment that the title says Lost and Found…not Lost and Found? which does give away that any lost dog is found – although only need to look on site to see that !

It is exceptionally unusual for a day time show to get on Gogglebox. That should give an indication of how the series is being received. It was always likely that Gogglebox would cover the lost dog element rather than Dog Trust. Don’t be disappointed by the contributors: It was prime time TV and Gogglebox has 3m viewers compared to the 3pm slot which has about 400k.
