Bella on Lost and Found channel 4.

Todays episode features Bella a Doberman Labrador cross rescued from mauritius by a couple who fell in love with her on holiday and brought her home with them for a new life in Crayford.

Owner followed  advice and sat down and spoke softly when he saw Bella until he got her confidence…Great to see!

Good to see the programme high lighting the 7 day rule and local dog warden Sarah from Basildon…A well needed reminder to viewers to check their microchipped dogs details are up to date…

Great to see the doglost name on TV but its a great shame no mention of Claire the local coordinator who advised owners of what to do – hence owner knew what to do when sighted who also went out searching… giving the real side of what doglost coordinators do and spoke about this in great detail when filmed.
Shame it ended up on the cutting floor as is not a true reflection of the case shown.

Plus also nice to see Sarah the dog warden featured who is a great dog warden and often liaises with doglost together on missing dogs.

Sad not to see Claire our local co-ordinator on screen as she was filmed for channel 4 in the park prior to finding Bella and gave vital advice for owner and lots of info to the crew on camera about how doglost helps and works. Made it look as owners were on their own…..

The PR Team were very surprised as well. There’s a call out to the production team. It was not Channel 4 who filmed. They do not make their own programmes.
